Account Manager/HR Consultant

ZERORISK specializes in pre-employment assessment, interview training, and leadership development. The responsibilities of this role will include consulting with clients on how to implement our proprietary pre-employment assessment into their recruitment & interviewing process, and assist with training clients on how to interpret and understand the assessment to quickly identify the best candidates. Additional responsibilities will include building and maintaining valuable, long-term client relationships, performing various client support administrative functions, and coaching teams of executives and managers using our proprietary leadership development program. The ideal candidate will have a cumulative work history of 7+ years, with 3 years minimum in HR-related functions such as recruitment & staffing, interview training, and/or leadership development.
