We offer a 1-day onsite customized workshop at your location and an annual 1 ½ day
public workshop at our headquarters in Dallas, TX. This program has been approved
for up to 10 recertification credit hours toward
PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute

Interviewing focuses on the applicant's past actions and behaviors, rather than
subjective impressions that can sometimes be misleading, so interviewers can make
more accurate hiring decisions. Behavioral interviewing, when approached properly,
reduces the chance of potential bias or discrimination, is successful in regards
to job relatedness, has a higher return on investment, and is more legally defensible
than other types of interviewing. In fact, behavioral interviewing is said to be
55 percent predictive of future on-the-job behavior, while traditional interviewing
is only 10 percent predictive (*Career Center of the University of Notre Dame, Janz,
Hellervik, & Gilmore, 1986).
