Traveling in a private jet sounds like a dream come true for most people. Who wouldn't want to avoid airport check-in, skip long security lines, and get lots of extra legroom? Fortunately, traveling like a rock star—without the expense of purchasing a plane—is now possible for more people thanks to companies like Atlantic Aviation, which operates private air charters from 70 locations in the United States​, ranging from domestic service (Los Angeles) to specialty (Aspen) to small markets (Nashville). The integration went really smooth—in fact, a lot smoother than some of the other integrations we've done. The managers are using it, and it's going great! We couldn't be happier! said Ms. Moore, noting the company did not previously have an applicant tracking system.

More significantly, the integration has allowed the company to automate its hiring process, which not only saves time but also makes the hiring process consistent. ​This reduces the risk of litigation and discrimination.

Being integrated means we no longer have to take the time to assign an access code to the candidate and manually generate an email to each candidate with the access code. The system automatically does all of that for us and prompts the candidate to take the assessment after they finish the application, Ms. Moore explained. Before integration, a candidate had to wait for us to generate the access code and send the email to them. Now, this is all done automatically and in a seamless fashion for the candidate's user experience.
