1. Interpretive Support and Consultation

One of the great features of the ZRHS is that access to the HR Services Team is included with the Hiring System -- there is no additional charge for interpretive support. You can call or email us to discuss a candidate’s scores, how to interpret the results, or what to focus on in the interview.

As the HR Services Account Manager, my goal is to ensure that each client has a complete understanding of how to use the system to evaluate the results. 2. Success Benchmarks

Benchmarking is a vital component of achieving an objective hiring process. The ZRHS allows you to quickly compare multiple candidates to the success benchmark for that position by showing you if the candidate is a high, medium, or low risk for success in the role. Then, you can use the insight gained about the candidate to help you decide what areas to target during the interview.

3. Custom Behavioral Interview Guides

This function is especially important to target blind spots. We recommend following the S.T.A.R. behavioral interview method of asking objective questions about a specific situation, task, action, and result from their previous work experience to confirm the candidate’s thinking. This will help you predict their future behavior in your company because past behavior in a similar role or context is the best indicator of future performance.

The key to remember is that the behavioral interview questions generated by the ZRHS are customized to the candidate’s assessment scores. That’s why the customization piece is crucial to ensure that you are asking the right questions that target the candidate’s competencies.
