Behavioral Interviewing Workshop: 9-28-2022

This virtual workshop is designed for hiring managers and recruiters. Participants will learn behavioral interviewing techniques, S.T.A.R. behavioral interview model, how to identify job success criteria, using an applicant appraisal form, and onboarding techniques based on candidate motivations. This workshop qualifies for 3 recertification hours towards HRCI and SHRM. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing to Service@zeroriskhr.com and a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Requests for a refund must be received 7-days before the event, otherwise, a refund will not be provided.

We will NOT provide refunds due to:

• Cancellation request received less than 7 days before the event date.
• A technical failure at your home or workplace prevents access to the virtual event. 
• An attendee did not receive the webinar login instruction email due to issues like restricted emails, bounced emails, or any other system issues. It is the attendee’s responsibility to contact us if they don’t receive the required login information at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the event. 
• No shows: Attendees who do not participate in the live webinar session will not be entitled to a refund.
