The assessment is administered electronically. The candidate is provided a link to take the assessment via email. It can also be administered using paper and pencil if needed.

Yes, the assessment can be taken on mobile devices (including phones and tablets) as well as desktop/laptop computers.

The assessment usually takes 15-20 minutes to complete.

The assessment results are automatically e-mailed to the hiring manager within seconds of the candidate completing the assessment.

The assessment is currently available in the following languages: English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Italian, French, and Swedish. If you need the assessment in a language that is not listed, please contact us to discuss custom options.

In almost every case, the assessment should not be retaken. The only time the assessment should be retaken is if the results come back as unreliable.
